Roger Dexter - Music Director
Music DirectorRoger left school and became a professional musician and was signed by Polygram International. His talents were immediately recognised and he was soon writing songs for major UK and European performers, collecting gold and platinum discs along the way.
Throughout his career, Roger has mastered all aspects of the industry from engineering to production and, en route, has pretty much done it all, from directing The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios to "exploring the percussive possibilities of a dustbin lid".
During his career, Roger has found himself in the company of some of the biggest names in the music business. His most surreal moment is an evening out with Prince. The evening concluded with Roger entertaining the international superstar with a rendition of John Lennon's 'Imagine' at 5am on a hotel lobby piano.
