Music 4 mixes Keane's "Strangers" DVD, balancing and matching audio sourced over several years of filming - both live and documentary - to provide the soundtrack to the story of Keane's history.

"Strangers" tells the story of how Keane formed in 1997 at school in Sussex, did their first gig in 1998, signed a record deal in 2003 and went on to conquer the world with a voice, a piano and a set of drums.

With a combination of archive footage (the crucial three at school, rehearsing and performing their first gig at the legendary Hope & Anchor) and on the road footage (from Brixton Academy to the Coachella Festival via Radio City in New York to Atlanta, Georgia),
"Strangers" gives a unique and compelling insight into the band's story: how they formed, what inspires the music, and what it's like to be a newly successful band on the road. The film charts Keane's musical progression from a four-piece guitar band to the three-piece piano-based group they've become today and shows how they went from playing tiny gigs on the UK pub circuit, to winning two Brits and selling nearly five million copies of their debut album "Hopes & Fears" around the world.
