Small joined the team at Music from GCAP’s programme production team in Bristol where he was responsible for on-air sound of the group’s networked evening show “Music Control” which aired on 39 stations.

Ahead of Paul’s move to GCAP, his radio and production career began at Radio Wave in Blackpool where he graduated from tea boy to station imaging producer.

As producer at Music 4, Paul works across a variety of projects from the post production of Music 4 jingle packages and library music through to the creation of Radio 1’s 1tros on a weekly basis.
